  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean and shred Brussels sprouts using a food processor or sharp knife.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 8-10 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  4. In the last two minutes of cooking, stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
