- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup creamy cashew butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- Optional: white chocolate chips or dairy-free chocolate chips
- In a food processor, blend rolled oats and raw cashews until fine.
- Add pitted Medjool dates and pulse until finely chopped.
- Mix in cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt; blend until sticky dough forms.
