- 4–6 cups sliced stone fruits (peaches, cherries, nectarines)
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Wash and slice your stone fruits into wedges, removing any pits. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the blueberries and blackberries to the bowl with the stone fruits.
