  • 1/2 cup plain applesauce
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips (dairy-free if preferred)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Mix until well blended.
