  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (plant-based if desired)
  • 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup broken graham cracker pieces
  • 2 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mini vegan marshmallows and all of the chocolate chips over the milk layer. Then add the broken graham cracker pieces.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, then add the remaining marshmallows on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
